Bleary Eyed are gazey pop rock from originally from Washington, D.C. They started with members Ray Brown, Nathaniel Salfi, Coby Haynes and Brandon Minor after the end of there other bands Big Moth and Camps. While the band has grown since the release of the album, and currently has a different lineup, it encapsulates the two years of formation we had together and our lives at that time.
In August 2016 Bleary began to record this album with Ben Kaunitz in a Bethesda area basement. Coby and Nathaniel moved to Philadelphia later that summer, began college and took the LP to Tim Jordan at Big Mamas Studio to get it mixed and later Scotty Leitch for mastering.
